Short term assignment (while transfer from SPD to KPO) to provide support for Salym Petroleum Development in two projects:  Well test newly drilled exploration well  Slim ESP with cable deployment through tubing of existing completion

• Team Lead for the Multidisciplinary Team of the Wellsite Geologists, Petrophysicists, Petroleum /Production Engineers (Production Technologists) and Data Specialist consisting of 15 positions (Russian and expatriate staff from other Shell OUs). • Acted as the integrator between stakeholders (Well Engineering, CWI (Completion Well Intervention) / WS (Well Services), Operations and Maintenance Departments) on behalf of the Petroleum Engineering Department. • Acted as a formal technical authority (Production Engineering and Wellsite/operational Geology) and provided assurance to the work and processes. • Team is responsible for supporting the following functions: o geosteering, open hole & cased hole logging during initial completion, petrophysical evaluation of the logging data obtained while drilling reservoir section, coring, analysis of mudlogging data, QA/QC where required (Wellsite Geologists). o execution of the wells’ completion and wells’ interventions (slickline, E-line, CT, stimulation jobs including fracking and acid treatments, re-perforations, re-completions, Water Shut Off; wells’ integrity corrective maintenance and well integrity restoration workovers; ESPs’ change-out), Well and Reservoir Surveillance (SGS; FGS, FBU; PLT; CBL etc), optimizations of the oil producers and water injectors/PWRI operations parameters and well integrity management (Petroleum /Production Engineers (Production Technologists)). • One the key deliverable is management of the wells’ integrity (well stock > 1550 wells: producers / injectors and PWRI wells) exposed to the critical operating conditions. Achieve a good track record of the PM / CM (Preventive / Corrective Maintenance) and APM (Anulus Pressure Managment) compliance within the Shell Group. • Planning and proposal delivery for > 100 new wells/year drilled and completed & > 500 wells/year for hoist/work over. • Hold, manage contracts and relations between company and vendors (coring and OH logging). • Interviewed and recruited new staff members. • Technical coaching of the team members with the aim to improve and develop their competencies. Achievements: • Supported delivering of the drilling, workover and routine intervention activities as per BP and within the timeline. • Jointly contributed to achieve one of the highest Well Integrity compliances over the Shell Group. • Active leader and implementor of the SPD Safety Culture program. • Run MFA Program for two MFA streams: Production Technology and Geology.

• Provide Petroleum/Production Engineering (Production Technology) support to the LTRO/WRFM team: mature and supervise execution of the routine/non-routine well interventions (water shut off, reperforation, fishing, well integrity surveillance and production restoration), production and recovery optimization by monitoring wells’ performance on a daily basis, support compliance with the Well Integrity Management requirements, develop risk mitigation methods and remedial solutions where necessary. • Re-evaluate stock of the closed-in wells and jointly contribute to creation of the “further/no-further use” proposals for them. • Mature, schedule and execute wells’ surveillance (both subsurface and well integrity focused) programs. • Prepare and support execution of the following interventions: water shut-off and perforation extension, gas lift valves’ change-out, fishing jobs and abandonment. • Evaluate and analyse results of the cased-hole production logging (SGS; FGS; PLT, USIT and CBL). • Maintain and update PROSPER/IPSM models with the latest surveillance data and production data. Proposed WRM (Well Reservoir Management) short- and long-term activities to optimise Inflow / Outflow performance and operating parameters.

• Responsible for conducting the technical work involved in hydrocarbon maturation through different DGs of the projects. This includes inflow/outflow modeling including sensitivity runs for different upper & bottom completion parts and changing operating conditions over the field life, sand production/failure prediction using analytical model data based on available petrophysical / geomechanical data (sonic log data, SWS and PSD), completion design including sand control techniques and well intervention philosophy, preparation of clean-up program and smart well design. Perform WellCast stress analysis as part of the detailed design work. • Provide Production Technology input into field development studies (well by well and field reviews). • Prepare well functional spec and proposal for new development/infill wells, supervise project execution during drilling and completion operations. Achievements: • Prepared Well Design Concept Assessment for the Uzu Field (GBARAN PHASE 3, pre-DG -2).

• Work Over Campaign Focal Point from August 2012 to November 2013: o coordination of activities between WRFM Teams, dedicated remote PT consultant and DWE Hoist Team. o responsible for workovers’ maturation process throughout “Assess” to “Define” stages and execution support. o contribute to the company business planning process for the workovers’. • Shell Gabon Well Integrity Focal Point from July 2011 to August 2012 and the TA-3 (Technical Authority Level 3) Well Integrity: o monitor and manage wells’ integrity via close communication with Production Operations and Well Services and using eWIMS on a daily basis. o analyse well integrity problems, recommend remedial measures by managing the process for data investigation and support execution of CM activities. o develop strategy and prepare programs to carry out well integrity investigations on critical wells to ensure a rigorous and comprehensive assessment of well problems. o lead Weekly WI meeting with all responsible and involved stakeholders: Asset’s PTs, Production Operations, Head of the Well Services, WHM supervisors to review WI KPI’s and propose mitigation/remediation measures. o manage status of outstanding PM and CM, availability of stock XMT and WH items. • Snr Petroleum Engineer (Snr Production Technologist); Rabi Field WRFM (Well, Reservoir & Facilities Management) Team from September 2009 to July 2011: o coordinate daily production reviews to minimize/eliminate unscheduled deferment, prioritization and efforts between different stakeholders. o monitor production wells performance on daily base and optimize inflow / outflow performance. o run regular well review to revise idle well stock and find out wells for restoration interventions. o prepare proposals and programs for running the completion, heel perforation, water shut off, sand consolidation, re-completion for installing sand control equipment, cleaning-out, well integrity investigation and gas lift optimization. o provide Petroleum Engineer input for the Well Optimization Forum (choke B/D – B/U, GL optimization, sand management). o responsible for Production System Optimization (PSO), continuously monitor operations at the central processing facilities, water injection (disposal) facilities, inter-field pipelines and GL wells. o act as a liaison from Rabi WRFM team with Operations, Engineering, Well Services and Well Engineering. o supervise execution of the jobs during completion and WS activities. o prepare Petroleum Engineering input for Well Reviews. o responsible for ‘Rigless’ activities maturation for Rabi field (production optimization, reservoir surveillance, well integrity) including opportunity identification, justification and planning of the interventions. o coach junior Production Technology staff. Achievements: • While running well review found out and prepared interventions 4 wells from idle well stock. Get total production gain > 4 000 bbl/day. • Jointly contributed and launched Annulus Pressure Management Project in 2011. Reached 100% APM compliance. • Developed template for Annulus Integrity Test (AIT) in 2012 for the Shell Gabon AIT campaign. • Prepared Note for file abandonment requirement. • Developed Shell Gabon Well Handover Document.

• Lead Petroleum Engineer for the team consisting of 9 positions (18 people on rotation) in the field and expatriate team members from other Shell OUs. • Directly responsible for ranking and scheduling hoist activities based on business importance and multiple field activities (concurrent works). • Focal point for Drilling and Hoist Sequence Weekly input and daily optimization. • Prepare candidates and mature proposals for the stimulation treatments (WSO; acid treatment; re-perforation). • Plan and execute Well and reservoir Surveillance (WRS) and Well and Reservoir Management (WRM) activities. • Evaluate and analyze results of the cased-hole production logging (SGS; FGS; PLT, USIT and CBL). • Monitor production wells performance on daily base and optimize inflow / outflow performance. • Provide routine analysis of production/water injection well performance to assess actual wells performance versus theoretical expected, in order to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement (PROSPER Modelling). • Responsible for Production System Optimization (PSO), continuously monitor operations at the central processing facilities, water injection facilities, inter-field pipelines and ESP equipped wells. • Provide Petroleum Engineering input into all Salym field development-planning activities. • QA/QC completion and well intervention proposals prepared by team. • Supervising field execution of the well interventions where required. Achievements: • Identified and worked-out proposal for re-completing the water injector well with stuck 7” production casing and earlier pre-set 4.5” liner. • Matured intervention proposals for the first water injector wells with concentric completions.
